Chester’s Haunted Hotel “THE DEE” needs new staff and invites YOU to their recruitment days for a tour of the hotel… if you dare!
The DEE is looking for the scariest of them all… so make sure you come dress to impressed i.e SPOOKY
You will wander around the spooky hotel in small groups at a time, where you will experience eerie effects.
This event will hold Family Experiences (4-11 Year Olds), Teen Experiences (12-17 Year Olds) and limited availability Adult Experiences for 18 year olds and above only.
The Adult Experience will additionally enjoy a ‘spooktacular’ drink courtesy of Revolution.
Each experience will intensify for each category so please ensure you’re booking onto the age-appropriate booking.
The location of the event will be inside the former Disney Store in the Grosvenor Shopping Centre, head towards the middle of the Shopping Centre where your haunting awaits.

Please ensure you book on the correct age-appropriate date for your group.
SEN sessions should only be booked if a member of your group has special needs, autism or sensory needs.
Please beware that you may experience audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, flashing/strobe lights, fog, special effects, loud noises, moving props, and sudden actions from our characters. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are pregnant, prone to seizures, have heart, back, or respiratory problems or other medical, physical or mental conditions which could ultimately prohibit you from participating safely.
You will be not permitted entry if you are intoxicated, or under the influence of illegal drugs or heavy medications. Smoking, running, eating or drinking will not be permitted in the attraction.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. However you may change your visit date prior to the day booked subject to availability.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you can be assured that you will receive a full refund, with exception of the booking fee
I cannot print my ticket?
Your booking reference or booking name will be sufficient on the day.
I have not received my email confirmation?

How do I book the adult only evening dates?
30 & 31 October evenings are strictly over 18 only events. Tickets are £15 each (one price only) and include either an alcoholic or non alcoholic drink. Please select amount of adults from the drop down menu (maximum of 4 adults per booking) however please do not enter any child details.
Can I book for more than four children?
A second booking is necessary so that we may manage timings. Your entire party may visit at either time booked.
Is the event wheel chair accessible?
Yes. Please advise on your booking (special requests)
Are we allowed to take pushchairs in?
There is no buggy parking and the event is not suitable for pushchairs.
Are there quest toilets available?
There are no guest toilets on site. There nearest public toilets are:
– Grosvenor Park Pavilion, 15 Union St, CH1 1QP (nearest)
– The Groves, River Dee, CH1 1SD
– The New Chester Market, Exchange Square, Northgate St, Chester CH1 2AR
